The karyotype is highly rearranged with most of the cells containing the t(11;14)(q13;q32) common to mantle cell lymphoma. Also, there are approximately 5-6 derivative chromosomes in the karyology that have been described by others. Note: Cytogenetic information is based on initial seed stock at ATCC.
